You’re here because you feel like something’s not quite right with your child. You may be wondering if it’s just a phase or if your child needs some help. This site is designed so you can learn more about some of the common mental health concerns that teens and young adults face, decide if there’s a problem, and get connected to resources.
Help4me.ca will help you learn what to look for and learn about what may be happening when someone’s affected by depression, anxiety, stress, alcohol or other drug use, or psychosis.
