Stress management is a healthy ways to deal with stress. This is very important for a good recovery after a concussion. Feeling worried and stressed can make your concussion symptoms worse and can slow down your recovery.
Following, you will find 5 strategies to help you manage stress in a healthy way. Try them for at least 4 weeks to see if they work.
Write it down! Print off the “Strategies to Try” Journal. Using the journal, identify 3 strategies you can try to improve your stress level.
