Return to work or school

As you’ve learned in this learning module, having a concussion can mean you don’t sleep well, you get headaches, and you're very tired. It can also cause problems with paying attention, concentrating, remembering things, and thinking critically. These problems can make it very hard for you to go back to work or school after a concussion.

With time, most people recover very well from a concussion. But during recovery, you need to manage your symptoms and get back to your usual activities slowly. This includes work and school.
