Early Pregnancy Loss Program

Provides:

• medical care and surgery (if needed) for women going through an early pregnancy loss
• support, teaching and follow-up as needed

Referral documentation

You need a referral from an obstetrician, family doctor, midwife, or an emergency department. Fax the referral form to the Early Pregnancy Loss Program.

Healthcare providers are asked to do an ultrasound, blood pregnancy test (BHCG), and a blood typing test.

Eligibility

For women who have a confirmed pregnancy loss at less than 20 weeks.
