Guided Imagery Audio Track

There are many benefits to relaxation. Learning ways to relax may reduce/lessen pain and may help you to cope better with pain. Relaxation can also help lower blood pressure and ease tense muscles.

The audio track below teaches you how to use guided imagery as a way to relax. Find a quiet room and get comfortable, either by sitting or lying down, and get ready to ease your mind and body.
