If you don’t have a healthcare provider use the link to help you find one. Many different healthcare providers can help you. Each can help in different ways and will often work together to help you get to your weight and health goals. Healthcare providers you might talk to include:
Visit Obesity Canada for information on obesity, managing obesity and weight bias, and for obesity specific resources (webinars, videos).
Attend on-line or in-person. Healthcare providers will teach the workshops at different centres, Primary Care Networks (PCN), and other Alberta Health Services (AHS) programs.
