Many people say how much better they sleep and how much energy they have when they’re physically active. Others have even said how much happier they seem to be because of their new activity routine.
When you get used to doing regular activity your body actually misses it when you aren’t active. Some people have even been able to lower the dose of some medicine they take because regular physical activity has improved their health.
