Your doctor may prescribe other medications (such as antihistamines) to help prevent these side effects. Get medical help right away if you have any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction such as cough, chest pain, bluish fingers/toes/lips, rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing, or shortness of breath.
