Mike Lang is a cancer survivor and shares his personal story of living well with, through, and beyond cancer.

Part 1: Physical Activity
Dr. Culos-Reed explains the "why" of exercise and makes suggestions of what exercises you can do while on treatment or after. She will share resources and tips to help you be more active.
Part 2: Living Well
Our sense of happiness or wellbeing is impacted by the activities we choose. Positive psychology is the study of living well. We can enhance our sense of wellbeing by doing activities that promote it.
Part 3: Late and Long Term Effects
Each body system is affected by cancer. It is possible for cancer survivors to have many long-term effects from their cancer and its treatment. Mike Lang asks the oncologist what these long-term effects could be, and what we can do about them. The oncologist gives tips to help you live well despite any long-term effects.
