It can have many causes, including gynecological, urinary, digestive, or musculoskeletal conditions, and may affect daily activities, sleep, and emotional well-being. With the right care and support, you can often manage symptoms and improve your quality of life.

This surgery (laparotomy) lets the surgeon look inside the abdomen for problems, endometriosis spots (implants), and scar tissue (adhesions).
