These exercises will help you build strength before your surgery. Do these exercises now and keep doing them after surgery until your healthcare team lets you know when to start phase 2 Exercises. Exercise will help your surgery be successful and help you get back to normal, everyday living.
After your surgery, do the foot and ankle exercises every hour.
