Support for caregivers and parents

Supporting someone with chronic pain can affect your well-being. Find workshops and resources to care for yourself too.

Overview

Caring for someone with chronic pain can be challenging, but support is available. Caregivers and parents often take on many responsibilities, which can affect their own health and well-being. Getting help, like access to resources, breaks from caregiving, support groups, and mental-health care, can make a big difference.
