Play and activity

Help your child learn to play and be active, safe, and healthy.

Overview

As your child grows and develops, they begin to learn about play and how they interact with others. They learn to take part in games and activities by themselves and with others. These skills help your child become more independent as they get older.

Pediatric rehabilitation can help if your child is having challenges in these areas of development.

Our work takes place on historical and contemporary Indigenous lands, including the territories of Treaty 6, Treaty 7 & Treaty 8 and the homeland of the Métis Nation of Alberta and 8 Métis Settlements. We also acknowledge the many Indigenous communities that have been forged in urban centres across Alberta.
